AMI CONFERENCE SPACE RATES
The cost to exhibit is $28.00/square foot. An additional fee of $200.00 will be charged for each corner. Please note that corner space is limited and always in high demand. The smallest booth size is 10' x 10' and larger booths are available in increments of 10' x 10'.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE
This year, the AMI is instituting a priority point system for booth space assignments. Points will be awarded based on the following criteria:

  • Date Points – A maximum of 30 points will be given for returning the application and a 50% deposit by Monday, October 17. Each day thereafter, one point will be deducted, until all 30 points have been exhausted. Applications received after Monday, November 14, will not receive any points in this category.
  • One point will be given for each $1,000 taken in sponsorships.
  • One point will be given for each 100 square feet of exhibit space.
  • One point will be given for each year that a company has exhibited with AMI since 2001.
  • Bonus points will be given for each year of IMT membership since 2001.

To maximize your assignment, return your application by Monday, October 17, 2005. A 50% deposit is due with the completed application. Late applications will be assigned booth space on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deadline for advertising in AMI newsletter and Final Program
  February 6   Deadlin for EAC Authorization Forms
Certificates of insurance due
  February 17   Payments due for approved sponsorships
Deadline for Exhibiton Badge Order Form
  March 24   Move-in from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  March 25   Move-in Continues 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
Exhibits open at 6:00 p.m.


SPECIAL "EARLY BIRD" DISCOUNT ON HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A special early bird rate of $199.00 is in effect until Saturday, February 18
. Exhibitors are required to stay at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. Companies securing accommodations outside of the AMI conference block will be fined a penalty fee and lose any priority ranking they may have. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 407-586-2000 and asking for Andrea Lelonek, or make your reservation online (use “PET” as the password.) When calling, be sure to mention you are attending the “AMI Conference."
